Three Insights to what Jesus prayed on the cross 

part 2.

Journal: 
In your own words journal what you would like to learn from God on the topic of Righteousness and Rest and why??

1. Jesus prayed "Father, into Your hands I commend My Spirit."  What is the three part meaning of the word commend?  Why is this important to you?

2.  In John 17 Jesus prayed to be "One with the Father."  As you reflect upon His prayer in your room to journal in the booklet, "Why is this important to you? What does this prayer mean to you now that you understand how Jesus entered into rest?"

3.  The Father 'Brought Jesus" into a place of Rest and this is the same place the Father brought every believer into a place of Rest through Jesus.  What does this mean to you now?

4.  As we remain as One with God (The Blessed Trinity) it is each Person of the God-Head that upholds a believer in Rest and Deliverance over death.  T:F?

5.  In your own words what does this mean to you?  Can you give an example of how you practice this daily?

Confession: 

Father, in Jesus name thank You that I am learning to live in Your Rest as One.  Help me to acknowledge in my heart daily that I am now One in each part of the God-Head and in this place I enforce Your Rest through the death of Jesus on the cross.  Hallelujah!  Amen.
