Scripture Reflection-The Divine Glory

Ezekiel 1

22 Spread out above the heads of the living creatures was the likeness of an awesome expanse, gleaming like crystal. 

23 And under the expanse, their wings stretched out toward one another. Each one also had two wings covering its body.

26 And above the dome over their heads there was something like a throne, in appearance like sapphire; and seated above the likeness of a throne was something that seemed like a human form. 

27 Upwards from what appeared like the loins I saw something like gleaming amber, something that looked like fire enclosed all round; and downwards from what looked like the loins I saw something that looked like fire, and there was a splendor all round. 

28 Like the bow in a cloud on a rainy day, such was the appearance of the splendor all round. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. When I saw it, I fell on my face, and I heard the voice of someone speaking.

5. Most people pray from the external rather than waiting for the goods of the kingdom to be moved out.  Grace is the supply of abundance of the kingdom but proseuche is the way of moving the supply out through you into the earth.  What does this mean to you?

19 And not holding fast to the Head, from Whom the entire body, supplied and knit together by means of its joints and ligaments, grows with a growth that is from God.

20 If then you have died with Christ to material ways of looking at things and have escaped from the world’s crude and elemental notions and teachings of externalism, why do you live as if you still belong to the world? [Why do you submit to rules and regulations?—such as]

21 Do not handle [this], Do not taste [that], Do not even touch [them],

22 Referring to things all of which perish with being used. To do this is to follow human precepts and doctrines.

23 Such [practices] have indeed the outward appearance [that popularly passes] for wisdom, in promoting self-imposed rigor of devotion and delight in self-humiliation and severity of discipline of the body, but they are of no value in checking the indulgence of the flesh (the lower nature). [Instead, they do not honor God but serve only to indulge the flesh.]

Confession: 

Father, today in Jesus name I give You thanks for all You are doing in me to bring me unto a place of completeness in the fullness of who You are.  Today, I choose to wait upon You in fullness and be a Disciple of Your Presence in Jesus name.

Nicodemus perceived the miracles of Jesus in his mind eye thoughts, to find Jesus and sit with Jesus.  Understanding that "Perception of mind eye thoughts" is different from seeing in the kingdom is important.  In your own words journal what you have learned from this teaching today.
