Build Up Yourself
There will come a time in each of our lives that the Holy Spirit will put a desire for more out of life. It is times like that the disciple realizes that they have outgrown friendships they have, workplaces they attend every day, conversations with those in passing, and more. Every disciple begins to go on a search for greater creativity to brainstorm new ideas, obtain feedback from those in their lives what they would do in situations like these and more.
It is common for disciples to do this. It is easy for the disciple to begin to go on such searches and questioning to reach to others to change what is missing in their lives and only end up to have these tangible desires to change to be short lived. Let me ask you, "Have you ever been in times and situations like this before?" Here, Jude was living in a time when everything around him was changing, even the church began to live ungodly and nobody had anything nice to say. Here, Jude said, "Build Up Yourself."
Our destiny relies upon us. We alone are responsible to build ourselves up. Momma always said, "Nothing is come to you, you have to take responsibility." I think that is wise. Even in that saying, you still have to take responsibility to "Build Up Yourself" to do what you want to do, dream to do, desire to do, was born to do. I mean, you do not have to remain where you are as it all depends on you.
I recently spent time praying in tongues and found it so refreshing. I found myself being drawn to set aside time in my day with the Word of God to pray in tongues. As the day passed I went from being drawn to set aside time to pray in tongues to picture myself sitting down and praying in tongues. As I found myself picturing myself several times doing this it dawned on me, "Just stop everything and do it." I realize it was the Holy Spirit leading me to pray in tongues then leading me to set aside time to pray in tongues. As I was praying in tongues an hour went by and it dawned on me "I was sitting in a heavenly place counting the stars, naming them, and praying out of strategies by releasing the desires of my heart." As I began to speak those desires out of my heart and into being from heavenly places I realized, "I was building myself up" by creating a better future than where I currently was. As I continued to release those desires of my heart to put them into being, I then released peace upon them and spoke light into each desire I spoke out. It was exciting.
"Build Up Yourself" by working on the foundation that you have already been given. You have died with Jesus, risen with Jesus, seated with Jesus --and you have been made One with your heavenly Father. You are born of His rest and His faith. Not only that you are born of the fullness of Gods Faith: God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit and you are One in their Rest. "Build Up Yourself" the structure has been given for you to create and expand the desires of your heart. It is there when you have completely released what you have spoken you can sit back and say, "Peace to what I have now, and Peace to what is afar and yet to come. The Lord will create what has been spoken and cause what you have spoken to come into view in the earth because you can now see it in your position of Rest with God."
