Every Word

Matthew 4:4 - But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Here, Jesus was in the wilderness being tempted of the devil and it seemed as though the devil knew how to use the Word, speak the Word but there was one thing that was missing. Jesus said, "It's not what you say, and how you say it, but it is how you live by what comes out of the mouth of God."
For some odd reason, "We think the same thing so often! Oh, if we can quote this Scripture, or quote that Scripture for whatever we need." Fact of the matter is, "The word mouth means--heart. At the same time, mouth means face." It is in our hearts we are one in God's heart. It is when we live out of His Heart we see Him Face to face.
It is that place of being One in God's Rest, "Heart (mouth) to heart (our mouth) that causes us to be on the cutting edge of everything we do; everything we say." It is from the heart --that born again part of you were everything you need in Life that makes God's Word come alive and give us victory for our day. Today, His Face is shining in and upon you. ♥ That is Good News!
LET'S TURN OUR HYMNALS TO:
I Rest in God Alone
I rest in God alone,
from whom comes my salvation;
my soul finds rest in God,
my fortress: I'll not be shaken.

Confession: Father, I thank You that I can choose Your Rest for another day today, to live heart to heart with you. I will live out of Your victories, Your works, and speak what You have already done for me by staying in my lane of victory as One in Your Heart through Christ in me. Amen.
