Making disciples of Covenant with God is the heart of the Apostle John in his first epistle. In today's time, we read a potent thought, which is, being born of God positions a disciple to be born of the Covenant. For this reason, being born of God is being born of who God is, which is Covenant. Covenant with God, means that the disciple is fully reconciled by the Father through the lost art of the finished works of Jesus and His cross in harmony and perfect unity of being one.
What does it mean to be born of God?

What is Covenant?

Being in harmony with God positions the disciple as an overcomer because the disciple now lives in the Father through Jesus and is made alive by the Holy Spirit. This work of being born of God is the work of Sonship: the work of the Father through Jesus to procreate His redeemed inheritance. It is through this mystery of being born of God we learn about the keys to the kingdom. The keys to the kingdom that Jesus gave is that God dwells inside a disciple of Covenant: God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. It is through the tangible presence of God that God's voice and words are written in our hearts and inscribed in our being, causing a disciple to be born and joined to God's faith. Faith is now an overflow to walk in Covenant as the Prophet Habakkuk wrote, "The just (those who live by Covenant in God's Rest and Righteousness) will live by His faith."
What is the keys to the kingdom mentioned in this time together?

Confession: Today, I acknowledge that I am an overcomer of everything in this world that opposes Covenant in my life of God's Rest & Righteousness. I live in harmony because the Father reconciled me with Him through the body of Jesus and made me alive in the Holy Spirit, causing me to be born of God's victory in all I do today. In Jesus' name. Amen
