1. What is our Scripture for today?

2. Righteousness positions a disciple of God's Rest in the resurrection.  In your own words what does that mean to you?

3. The old nature has already been crucified and the body has already been destroyed.  When Sister Lara shared the meaning of the "Destroyed" which word(s) meant the most to you? Why?

4. How do you die to the flesh?

5. Dying to the flesh is not what we have been taught.  How does Jesus die to the flesh? Why is that important to you?

Father, in Jesus name thank You that I am learning to live in Your Rest as One.  Help me to acknowledge in my heart daily that I am now One in each part of the God-Head and in this place I enforce Your Rest through the death of Jesus on the cross.  Hallelujah!  Amen.
