The Lost Art of Holy Union With God John 15:3-5
Living a Life of Gods Rest
Scripture Reflection (Amplified Version Bible)
John 15
3 You are already clean because of the word which I have given you
[the teachings which I have discussed with you].
4 Remain in Me, and I [will remain] in you. Just as no branch can bear fruit by itself without remaining in the vine, neither can you [bear fruit, producing evidence of your faith] unless you remain in Me.
5 I am the Vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in Me and I in him bears much fruit, for [otherwise] apart from Me [that is, cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing.

All Jesus ever wanted was to bring us back to the Father. All Jesus ever desired is that all that the Father made would be restored back to Him because of the Love the Father had for all He created through Christ. It was through the final works of the cross that through Christ all those who walk in the discipleship of His teachings would be positioned for the Father to enter through who He is to be one in the hearts of mankind again.
Jesus said, "I AM the Vine, my Father is the Husbandman." Through Jesus, "The Lost Art of Holy Union With God" was once again restored. (John 15)
2 Corinthians 5:19, "To wit God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself not imputing their trespasses against them but making them one, and committing to them the ministry and word of reconciliation."
Every disciple is evidence that Jesus abides in the Father, as it was through Christ the Father came through to join Himself to you. As we choose as an act of our will to acknowledge the "Lost Art of Holy Union With God" in our hearts, we are not only joined to Him but we are also vitally joined to His ability.
As we live in this position of being one in the Father we automatically abide in Christ. Living as One in the Father honors the Son, who is Christ Jesus, and it is there Christ Jesus honors the Father. For this reason, every disciple lives a Life of God's Rest in them. Hallelujah!
Yet, there is a mystery concerning the thought of bearing fruit. This type of fruit is not going to a particular vine and participating and taking fruit in order to live a life of revelation of that fruit. To participate in this manner is to live outside of "The Lost Art of Holy Union With God" because that is evidence of living on the outside looking in. Here Jesus said, "No branch can bear fruit of it's own" and Jesus continued to say, "The one who remains in Me and I in them bears much fruit."
The problem I have with most thoughts on this matter was that I never knew "That the only Way I can possibly abide in Christ is only through the Father." It is the Father who connects me to the Vine and gives me Life in the Vine. It is the Father who presents me to Christ Jesus as I abide in the Father I am automatically One with them both. Hallelujah! It was the revelation of the thought of the "Lost Art of Holy Union With God" that I finally understood by the Holy Spirit what that meant. There, I have lived a Life of Victory in Ways I cannot express since the Holy Spirit taught me this. Hallelujah !
Understanding from the view of living a Life of Rest with our Heavenly Father automatically gave me an understanding on what it meant to bear fruit. You see, "Those who live a Life vitally joined to our Heavenly Father--by an act of the choice of our will, are the Fruit of God. Each heart is the Harvest of God. Each disciple is the Vineyard of God. It is in this position we learn that the words bear fruit means: to show praise, to be shaped in praise, to be framed in praise."
Bearing Fruit means that "Disciples are the fruit that has budded on the Vine that is Harvested by the Father." It is there that the "Father's delights in every disciple frames the Vine and fills the fruit of the Vine with pure Wine." Hallelujah ! As every disciple learns to receive the Father's delights towards them, and the Father's Love towards them they begin to increase in the Spirit of Life and the branch they are vitally connected to begins to bud. Hallelujah! Now that is Good News!
The whole time we abide in the Father, we are one in Christ and it is there the Holy Spirit takes of Jesus to reveal to every disciple. It is in the position of living a Life of God's Rest that every disciple is made alive and increases in the resurrected Life of the Father through the Holy Spirit.
We pray those in the Windows of Heaven Prayer Group are blessed by this message today. If you have any prayer requests please remember to post them on the Wall of Prayer that is pinned to the top and this part of God's Loving Family will come into agreement with you in prayer.
For this reason, "Prayer is a position of living a Life in God's Rest continually flowing in Resurrected Life." Hallelujah!
