Our Scripture reading comes from the Book of Ephesians chapter three verse sixteen which says, "I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you; with power; through His Spirit; in your inner being."

Now, our Prayer of Rest Meditation, 

Our Heavenly Father, 

We come before You with hearts full of gratitude and humilty.  Thank You for Your Endless Love, and for the abundant richness of rest in Your Covenant.  We pray, as Your Word promises, that out of Your Glorious Love, You would strengthen us with Your Spirit.

Lord, may Your Holy Spirit dwell within our hearts and souls, so that we can stand firm in faith, and overcome challenges, and live a life that reflects Your grace and truth.  Strengthen our faith deeply, that we may be rooted and rested in Your Love.  Help us to be a light in the world, showing others Your goodness and glory.  We trust in Your Lord, knowing that You are able to do immeasureably more than we ask or imagine.  May Your strength, love, and presence fill us, and may we always sseek to walk in Your will, filled with Your Spirit. 

In Jesus` name, Amen!
