There are many types of abuse: mental, physical, self, substance, serial, spouse, religious and much more, parental, children against parents and much more.

[This was written in a post in our Facebook Group-as an excerpt from Foundations of Covenant With God from the personal journal of Sister Lara.  All Rights Reserved.]

I created a picture of a man centered in the picture that has streams of darkness coming out of his chest with his own face in it and Jesus with the face of the Father with Inner Streams of Fruits of Love coming out of His.

A person who carries out acts of anger against another person and the person who carries within themselves the acts of anger against themselves  throughout their adult life have something in common: both do not know how to be free. 

Even false counsel is abuse. I will give two examples that quickly come to mind. First, Jesus was on the cross and the Roman soldiers said, “Jesus, come down from the cross and save yourself.” This type of counsel is external and reliance upon self deliverance, rather than reliance upon God from within.

Secondly, I love what the Shulamite wrote in the book of Song of Solomon. She went for Christian counsel or to the prophetic watchman on the walls to find her Beloved. She is described as leaving that place worse than when she went. Her clothes were torn [left naked the Bible says] and her heart was more broken then when she arrived, when she left. Such is the path of false counsel as another example of being external from God not knowing the way of God within. I have studied this.most my life and have been greatly refreshed in the Word of God.

You see, God is no respecter of people. We all have the fullness of His Love flowing through Christ in us twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The one who delights in acting out anger through abuse has God living in them, and everything's seen and heard before they act out what they are thinking is being recorded. The one who receives the acts of anger has God living in them and His Love is flowing twenty-four hours a day, inwardly, seven days a week and everything is being recorded. Just as the Father knows every hair on your head He knows every thought.

As we simply acknowledge the Streams of the Father's Love flowing through those areas of concern in our lives, His Love will:shape, mold, fill, flood, possess, cast out, take over, push out, make all things new, wash over, melt, create, and position those areas of your inner life that has been pinned down to move into the inner Resurrection of Christ in you. It is this Sacred Inward moment and Holy Union where the elements of Blood Covenant are activated:blood, water and Spirit to raise you up into freedom that is inwardly Eternal in Life. Oh Hallelujah!  The root to all Deliverance is Love, pure Agape Love. For that reason Agape means Love Feasts: Feasting upon Inner Streams of the Father's Fruits of Love through Christ in you, as represented in Righteous Covenant with God.

Jesus gave us this example on the cross as He said, “Father, forgive them for they know not what they do.” Here, the words Jesus used was the request of the Father [not Himself] to forgive. Here, this word represents the word apohiemi. Apo–extend Yourself; Hi [English word, greet] or send Yourself to meet; mi-medical term to infuse with LIFE, or–Inner Streams of Love's Eternal Life.

So, when you allow and permit yourself to inwardly acknowledge the Father's Streams of Love to flow inwardly into those areas and join in Holy Union with the elements of Covenant through Christ in you the Blood records Truth in the Inwards parts by infusing you in the Resurrection of Christ Jesus to appear with Him even as He is. Hallelujah!

The Holy Spirit is there waiting, watching, ready to magnify the Realms of the Father's Love through Christ in you to help you inwardly navigate His Love into the Resurrection of the Father's  Love Rest.

Resurrection is the highest form of worship because the Father's Love is inwardly and outwardly positioned to Rest above all in your life, exalting Jesus as Head with His Body in Divine Union on earth as it is heaven.

Jesus is Our Triumphant Inner Entry of Deliverance on Majesty of the Father's Love.

Did you have someone in your life that left you, and you don't understand why? A parent? A child? Maybe there are people in your life that you see everyday and they never acknowledge your presence. Hurt comes in many ways. In today's Scripture we read about a Mother forsaken by her children. I know this in a personal way.

Isaiah 49:15-16

Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee

This was written in blog post in our Facebook Group, Foundations of Covenant With God from my personal journal.

Did you notice the word abandonment? A-band-on-me [nt]

Tied down by the memories. Tied down by the hurt, and the pain. Tied down by the silent tears.

I had to dig deep on this and it wasn't until I realized that I lived inside of the Father I came to some sense of peace. Yet, all the pain, hurts were still there. I read books, I thought it was normal to carry inside what I couldn't be free of.

How do I stay inside of God? Some said, more faith. But I had plenty of faith and used it the best I knew how. Others said, more grace but grace didn't free me on the inside.

Then one day I realized that I can acknowledge His Fruits of Love to be Inner Streams of Beauty for Ashes. Places in my heart that were cut, I acknowledged the Father's Love to fill those areas inside of me: the memories, the fears, the a-band-on-me-[nt] and more. Instantly, at each acknowledgement they melted like wax--one by one. I breathed smiles in my heart, and my heart leaped with joy as my tears began to be wiped away. I remember the day I was cutting grass and one by one I was instantly healed.

Resurrected Waterspouts of Love

With each acknowledgement of the Father's Love filling those areas in my heart and mind, I cried hot tears. My earthly Dad never loved me. A-band-on-me [nt] all my life from the care of an earthly Father. But the enjoyment of the Inner assurance of the Father's Love melting, dissolving, shaping, forming, the Resurrection of His Waterspouts of Love through Christ in me washed me in the Blood inside. I couldn't heal myself. I couldn't free myself, but the Inner Streams of the Father's Love did!! I had the answer inside of me all along. The Love of the Father's fullness dwelt in Christ in me twenty-four hours a day! I acknowledged this Love Enthroned Inwardly from the top of head to the bottom of my feet, through Christ in me. There the Holy Spirit bathed me in the Realms of Love, Peace, Gentleness in the Resurrection of Love resting in Christ. Every area I was free in the Blood of Christ in me held me in Sacred Union one acknowledgment at a time.

Resurrected Lamp Unto Our Feet

As we acknowledge each area being inwardly filled from the top of our head to the bottom of our feet--the Lights of the Realms of Love create a Lamp at our feet of Sacred Union of the real you vitally joined with Christ appearing more in the fullness of the Father's Resurrected Resting Love in heavenly places. This Light is what we walk on the earth before we speak, we become on the inside First.

Set His Love Upon Me

In today's time together, it is important to understand that the words, "Set His Love upon me" is a powerful revelation that was given to King David. In the opening of our time of sharing I break the meaning of the word set down for anyone to understand.  

Here, the word set means to bind and join.  Now, that alone is amazing.  Every person who is born of God has been given an abundant, without measure amount of God's Love upon them to do the impossible for any situation in your life, "Isn't that amazing?"  You do not have to look outside of yourself, as "Everything you need is already there."  

When you read that statement, "What came to mind? Why is that important to you? For me, this was amazing because I was taught the way to access power in my life was through decrees, declarations, prophecies, and more "Because faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God."  I was helping my Chaplain Pastor put away some books and one of the books in his secretaries Library was, "Plant seeds of Faith and Love Will Grow."  I told my Chaplain, "The person who wrote this book has missed the most important thing in their life."  Then I pointed to the Title and said, "It should read that all supply comes from Love that causes faith to grow."  He pondered for a moment and said, "These three things we abide in: faith, hope, and love, but Love is the greatest of all."  He needed a point of reference, to openly confirm my statement.  We both smiled and said nothing as we simply enjoyed the revelation of Love. 

So, most people interpret the "Inner Life of God's Love" wrong because of the way the Bible is interpreted. Information without with the Foundation of Covenant With God is external and is knowledge that is not infused with Life from within. "Do you agree or disagree with that statement, why?" The second thought about the words, "Because he set his love upon me" is the idea that the word set is a binding and joining work.  Once we learn how to access what is upon us, we will understand that "Love binds; joins; casts out; all the way to the top of our head to the innermost part of our feet, then outside of us beyond depth, width, height, length."  Hallelujah!  Once we learn that "The inner work of Love does all the binding for us, casting out and away all that tries to separate you from the personal delight of Love" you can walk in greater measures of Resurrection of Christ Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit. At the same time, "Love that is set up on you flows inwardly twenty-four hours a day through Christ in you, seven days a week.  Once accessed the Love of the Father resides where Love has flooded into and possessed in Love's Rest.  When this happens, Love then shapes; forms; creates, that part of you that was hidden and separated from the Resurrection of Christ in you to stand and be infused in Resurrected Love in Eternal Life."  When you hear that statement or thought, "What comes to mind?" 

The third insight about the words, "Set his love upon me" represents the idea of Love that clings to you, inwardly and outwardly in order to delight in you and keep for Oneself.  Hallelujah!  This keeping for Oneself is an amazing work because this type of Love "Refrains all that wants to separate you from the Covenant Inner Life of Love's Inward Rest." 

Lastly, the fourth insight I would like to share is that "The clinging work of Love [inwardly and outwardly] is what it means to be in Blood Covenant with God-the Trinity."  Now, here is a mystery: the inner and outward joining [set] is a Sacred Union that is infused with Life by being hidden in the elements of Blood Covenant, which are-blood, water, and Spirit." [They mystery of Christ in you.]  This Sacred Union is what makes Blood Covenant.  The Blood of Christ Jesus through the Sacrifices He became is His Oath that reveals His Testimonies in Sacred Union to the Father and His Streams of the Fruits of His Spirit revealed by the Person of the Holy Spirit.  So, Covenant is living inside the God-Head's Rest by being upheld and vitally joined in the elements of Blood Covenant: blood, water, and Spirit.

Topic:Continuing in the first watch of the day to learn how to live from within the kingdom of God in You in order to change your world outside of you. Part 1, Click here

As we remain in Exodus 29 we read that the Priests prepares "One lamb a tenth deal of flour mingled with the fourth part of an hin of beaten oil; and the fourth part of an hin of wine for a drink offering."

Let us be reminded that all offerings were offered by fire, and that fire speaks of how the Father's Love is joined with the elements of Christ's offerings of Sacrifices:blood, water, and Spirit. This inward Sacred Joining is practiced by simply acknowledging that you are already hidden inside of God, as represented as the Father; the Son, and the Holy Spirit. As you acknowledge that the Father's Love and His Fruits are already co-joined inside of you these are a symbol of the Burning Embers that give Light and Fragrance of Covenant Love. This fullness of Love  can be accessed twenty-four hours a day, inside of you to drink from. Hallelujah! Since Jesus is the Lamb this Sacrifice becomes the Door for the Father's Love to flow through you twenty-four hours a  day. Yet, here in the first watch which consists of dawn until eight am, you meditate upon the Father’s Love flowing through, Christ in you in Sacred Union. This inward practice is structured through the Help of the Holy Spirit to magnify the Father's Love, like a Mirror, to shine Righteous Light into Christ in you from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. It is the Holy Spirit who does this work through Christ in you.

The Burning Embers of the Father's  Fruits of His Love are found in Galatians Five. The Fruits of His Love, are: joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance. As you acknowledge the Father's Love flowing through you, one fruit at a time the Holy Spirit takes of the Father's Love and fills thoughts that try to separate your time with God in Holy Commune.

Here, this teaches how Oil is made because Love shapes, Love molds;  casts out; covers, these areas that try to divide you from abiding in Love.  

Here, Christ is not only the Lamb but we also see a hin. Here, a hin is another symbol of blood Covenant which is Jesus our Peace as Turtledove. The Holy Spirit is our Helper to take of the Father's Love and join and place this Sacred Love upon Christ into you, all the way to your feet.  This is the pure oil along with water and wine we partake of inwardly binding;  loosing; molding;  shaping the inside of you in greater fullness of resurrection of Christ as Head and you as His body. Hallelujah!

Lastly, we cover the tenth deal of flour mingled with oil.  This speaks of Christ Jesus as our Living Bread.  At the same time, Ephesians 3:18 shares a mystery about Bread [flour] as we read, "That you may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth and length and depth and height the Love of God."  As we study the word breadth has the word 'bread in it.'  For this reason, the root word of breadth represents the idea of spreading out, and to make flat.  In our breadth the Holy Spirit spreads out the Love of God inside of us, and into Christ Jesus making "Living Bread".  Hallelujah! 

Every detail in the morning Sacrifice is still pure revelation for the every day disciple of Covenant With God.  As we practice these precious Truths we learn that everything in the Old Testament is still relevant for today on the inside, "In remembrance of Christ in us, through the practice of the inward filling of reliance upon the Father's Love to do all the work through Christ in us."

Twelve Hours of Prayer a Day Dawn to 8am

The study of what the Priests do in the Temple everyday is an amazing life.  When you look at each of hours of the day, you can conclude that time is a gift from God so that His people can walk with Him, and know Him in a deeper personal way.  In today's time together my purpose in sharing my notes is to help those who pursue a deeper Covenant with God walk in their lives, in a deeper meaningful way. 

At first glance we have the break of day, or Dawn to 8am.  We read in Scripture what the Life of Covenant people do.

Scripture Morning Duties 

Exodus 29:38-42 Now this is that which thou shalt offer upon the altar; two lambs of the first year day by day continually. The one lamb thou shalt offer in the morning; and the other lamb thou shalt offer at even: and with the one lamb a tenth deal of flour mingled with the fourth part of an hin of beaten oil; and the fourth part of an hin of wine for a drink offering. And the other lamb thou shalt offer at even, and shalt do thereto according to the meat offering of the morning, and according to the drink offering thereof, for a sweet savour, an offering made by fire unto the Lord. This shall be a continual burnt offering throughout your generations at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the Lord: where I will meet you, to speak there unto thee.

The Start of the Day

The day begins with giving a Sacrifice unto God, and in these beginning hours of the day there is preparation of the Sacrificial Lamb.  Clearly we see that at the beginning of the year there are daily offerings for the whole year.  At the same time, these Sacrifices consists of two lambs: one for the morning, and one at evening.This is a continual duty throughout all generations.  The promise is that "The LORD God will meet the Priests there and talk with them." 

Prophetic Symbology and Activation

First, according to Leviticus 1:7-9 the altar must be prepared with burning embers on the altar and laid wood on them. How is this applied in our daily lives? 

From a Covenant With God View, we now live from within where the kingdom of God dwells. Jesus was the perfect habitation of every article in the Temple and everything pointed to Him.  However, there is a mystery of that Flow that I would like to expound upon.  That mystery is that the burning embers on the Altar speaks of the Father's Love and His Fruits of Love [Galatians 5] as the embers: already flowing from the top of our head to the bottom of our feet, and into the places of influence in our lives on earth as it is in heaven. These prophetic embers are the Fruits of the Father's Love that are nested and co-joined already--inwardly, with Fire: the Father's Love Himself. The altar, of course, speaks of the remembrance of Jesus as our Sacrifices upon the cross--inside our hearts, as the Sacrificial Lamb. Significantly, this reveals that the Fruits of the Father's Love are already co-joined inwardly in us as a Fountain of burning Love and Life.  Hallelujah!

How can this be activated in our lives? 

In short, we find a quiet place and simply acknowledge that we are already inside of God-the Trinity because of the Ministry of Reconciliation.  2 Corinthians 5:17-21. Secondly, as we continue in Scripture the Priests laid the pieces of meat together with the head and the suet, on top of the wood and the embers of the altar.  As we continual in the Flow of the acknowledgement that the Father's Love is already upon us, we also acknowledge that the Father's Love is continually flowing through us [in fullness] through Christ in us: in his death and Resurrection.  Here, we begin with the 'head' where the burning embers [Fruits of the Spirit ] and wood are already.  Fire that is on the altar is the Father's Love. 

Our quiet time might be:

 In our quiet place, acknowledge the Father's Love flowing from the top of our head [with the understanding that we are already in God-the Trinity] inwardly flowing into our thoughts, through the Head of Christ [the Mind of Christ].  It is this Sacred Joining of the Father's Love into the Head of Christ [Mind of Christ] that speaks of Covenant because the Father's Love [burning embers] joining with Christ as Head does so through the elements of Covenant, which are: blood, water, and Spirit. [1 John 5].  

Here, the person does not do any binding or loosing because the Father's Love does all of this for us: melting away darkness through the Head of Christ into ours; shaping; forming; us in the Resurrected Life of Christ.  Hallelujah! 

Prophetic Symbology and Activation Continued

Practice this the first hour of your day meditating and delighting on the Father's Love and His Fruits [embers] through Christ as Head inside of you from the view pint of the Resurrection.

To prepare, find a quiet place to sit. With your feet on the floor and your arms in a restful position breathe as you normally would.

Practice one time the Father's Love flowing through Christ into your thoughts through love. As you do if there is any business of the day let Love fill those areas, and anything else that would want to separate your personal time of devotion.

Now, Begin in that same place you are sitting.

A sample prayer might be, "Father, I acknowledge Your Love upon me, flowing into me. I yield to the Holy Spirit, as Helper, to magnify Your Love through Christ in me and reveal Your Joy in situations in my life." Acknowledge the Father's Love flowing through Christ in you one fruit at at time,  through the Help of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the Oil that is already One in the Father's Love. At the same time, the Holy Spirit shines through Christ in yiu Anointing the Father's Love upon Christ in you. Isn't that wonderful! This Sacred Joining will allow the Blood of Jesus to release the Father's Voice inside of to speak to you. At the same time, the Holy Spirit will show light in yoir eyes as they are closed, looking into Jesus to see Him. Learn to delight in Love from the heart while learning to look for Jesus and develop your Spiritual Sight in inner vision. Look for movement, look for colors and videos before your eyes. Hallelujah 🙌

In today's time together Sister Lara shares a spoken word meditation that help you have "Quiet Time with God" from the inside that automatically shuts all the events of your day off.  Let's go!

This video, led by Sister Lara, offers a guided spoken word meditation designed to help viewers prepare for their quiet time with God. The practice focuses on transitioning from external distractions to internal stillness by acknowledging the Father's love.

Key Practices for Your Quiet Time:

Setting the Atmosphere: Find a quiet space where you can sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor, allowing your arms to relax so you can breathe deeply (2:22-3:02).

Acknowledging God's Love: Use the scripture from Psalm 91:14 to internalize that the Father's love is already present, flowing through you from your head to your feet (3:06-3:35).

Releasing Distractions: Visualize God's love filling areas of stress, worry, or busyness. The meditation encourages you to allow this love to bind, join, shape, and fill your thoughts (3:54-4:56).

Experiencing the Secret Place: Use your breath to move through your body—focusing on your neck, spine, chest, arms, and legs—to release physical tension and enter a place of rest (5:12-7:28).

Entering Resurrection Life: The meditation emphasizes that as the Father's love fills you, you can "slip out" of the pressures of the day and into the resurrection of Jesus, which acts as a lamp of light for your path (9:14-14:02).

Closing the Meditation:

To conclude the time together, the narrator guides viewers to keep their eyes closed while looking for light or movement, inviting the Holy Spirit to create vision (15:48-16:46). The session ends with a countdown, encouraging viewers to open their eyes and spend time journaling or meditating on what they encountered (17:39-18:55).
